Fall 2025 Career and Internship Fairs
We’re excited to announce our Fall 2025 Career and Internship Fair Series!
- STEAM (Science, Tech, Engineering, Agriculture, and Manufacturing) Career & Internship Fair – Wednesday, October 8
- Business, Health, Public Service, and Creative Careers & Internship Fair – Thursday, October 9

📌 New Registration Process – Thank you to those who have already signed up! We’re transitioning to our new HireFresnoState platform, powered by 12Twenty.
Step 1: Please visit https://fresnostate.12twenty.com/hire.
Step 2: Select the “Create an Account” link.
Step 3: Once you’ve created your account and logged in, please click the “Attend a Career Fair” registration link.
Step 4: Click the event you would like to attend.
Step 5: Click the “Register Now” button, complete the registration form, and click the “Register” button at the bottom of the page.
Step 6: After the registration has been reviewed by the Career Development Center staff, you will receive an email alerting you that your registration has been approved.
Step 7: You will receive a second email with your invoice, and you will be instructed to pay using our E-Market Checkout System.
Step 8: Once payment is made, the Career Development Center staff will review the payment and send you a receipt confirming your registration for the event.
✨ Sponsorship opportunities are available to boost your visibility with students.
🎯 Booth placement will be assigned in the order both registration and payment are received.
Increase Your Student Engagement on Campus
Looking for more ways to connect with Fresno State students? We offer several opportunities to strengthen your presence and build relationships with future talent:
- Career Fair Prep Carnival – Tuesday, September 23 | 10 a.m.–3 p.m.
Volunteer just two hours to help students prepare for the fairs, and we’ll ensure your booth is placed in a premium location at the events. - Workshops & Events – Contribute your expertise at sessions such as Networking for Introverts and other career readiness workshops.
- Campus Visibility – Engage directly with students through tabling opportunities and classroom visits (with faculty approval).
- On-Site Experiences – Host a group of students at your workplace to showcase your culture and career pathways.
