Staying updated on the latest job opportunities and applying early is crucial to career success and the Career Development Center can help you with that. The Career Development Center sends out custom-crafted weekly emails designed to keep you in the loop. These emails include:
- Career resources, posts, and upcoming events
- New job and internship postings of all kinds
- Spotlight stories on employers, alumni, staff, and faculty
Want to receive job alerts tailored to your interests? Here’s how:
1. Log in to the Career Development Center website through your Fresno State account.
The “Log In” button should be located at the top-right of your screen beside the search icon and “Sign Up”.
2. Navigate to “Alerts & Emails” in your profile settings.
After logging in, return to the homepage and the “Alerts and Emails” page should be in the same top-right corner beneath a drop-down that appears after hovering over your account name.
3. Fill out the form to cater to your preferences.
Finally, fill out unfilled information (such as your graduation date) and preferred email newsletter content/frequency to customize your newsletter.
