🩺 What Is Nursing Connect?
Nursing Connect is a six-month virtual program designed to empower undocumented nursing students and nurses who want to explore entrepreneurship as a meaningful and viable path. The program centers on community support, leadership development, and practical business skills — all while embracing your lived experience as a source of strength.
This initiative is part of the work by Pre-Health Dreamers (PHD) — an organization that has championed inclusion and equitable opportunities for undocumented students in healthcare since 2012.
📅 Program Details
- Dates: February 26 — July 2, 2026
- Meeting Every: Wednesday from 4:00–6:00 PM PST
- Location: Fully virtual (attend from anywhere!)
- Commitment: Attendance at all sessions is required to receive a certificate of completion.
The program includes ten two-hour workshops featuring presentations from the PHD team and guest speakers. Participants will gain exclusive materials, grow their professional network, and may also find opportunities to engage with entrepreneurial conferences and collaborators.

This program welcomes a broad range of nursing-interested participants:

✔ Recent graduates
✔ Licensed nurses
✔ Anyone excited about launching a nursing-related business in the next 1–2 years
Although anyone in the U.S. can apply, California students are prioritized to help build local networks and community impact.
