U.S. Army Career Invitational

The Mission: The Army Career Invitational is a unique, one-day event designed to help individuals uncover their potential and explore career pathways through the U.S. Army. Our mission is to show you how joining the Army can give you access to free training, on-the-job experience, and other benefits that will enable you to start the career you want. We will guide participants in identifying their current skills, understanding how those skills align with Army roles, and gaining insight into the career paths you can access through the Army, both within the armed forces and in the civilian world.

The Experience: Participants will embark on interactive “missions” that simulate real-life challenges. These scenario-based challenges are designed to be engaging and insightful, helping individuals see how their abilities match up with potential Army careers. By “solving missions,” participants can discover their strengths, their areas for growth, and receive personalized recommendations for Army roles that match their skills and interests.

The Reward: Participants in this event will not only get the opportunity to learn about and apply for jobs with the U.S. Army, but also will be eligible to win your share of $15,000 in cash prizes.

Who Can Participate: Applicants must be (1) US citizens (native or naturalized) or a permanent resident with a valid Green Card and (2) over the age of 18 to participate. Individuals from all levels of experience and backgrounds with a genuine interest in learning about how they can achieve their career goals through the Army are welcome to apply.
