We’relooking for an energetic, hands-on team member to demo our system to customers,operate equipment in the field, troubleshoot basic technical issues, andprovide on-site customer support. As a Field Sales Associate, you willengage directly with farmers, operate ourequipment, demonstrate our technology, and provide hands-on support tocustomers. This role blends technical operation, light troubleshooting,customer onboarding, and relationship support. You will play a key role inensuring that our customers have a smooth, productive experience with oursystem in real-world farm environments.
This role is great forstudents or recent grads interested in agriculture, technology, andcustomer-facing work.
Responsibilities:
- Travel to customer farms and operate our crop monitoring system on farm vehicles
- Demo the system to customers.
- Provide in-field technical and customer support
- Report customer feedback to the team
- Interest in agriculture or technology
- Comfortable working outdoors and traveling to farms
- Ability to drive farm vehicles like ATV, Quad, etc.
- Ability to perform basic technical troubleshooting (training provided)
- Strong communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to field locations
