Alliance HRMG is offering an unpaid internship for students interested in commercial and marketing work Ag industry. The length of the internship and its work schedule are flexible. This internship requires you to work in person.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in a start-up business environment where you will play a key role in shaping our commercial initiatives and engaging our target audience and customer base.
Responsibilitieswill include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns
- Conduct market research to identify trends and insights
- Analyze and report on the performance of marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with team members on brainstorming sessions and creative projects
- Attend meetings and take notes on key discussions and action items.
- Analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Explore, evaluate, and suggesttechnology and AI solutions to enhance marketing and sales strategies.
- Learnand use company systems, such as QuickBase, to expand the company’s CRM andimprove workflow efficiency.

Qualifications:
•Interest in marketing or commercial activities
• Comfort with adopting and learning new software and digital tools quickly
•Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts
•Must be a senior at a college or university
•Multi-task oriented, self-sufficient, and eager to learn
•Good communication and interpersonal skills
•Basic understanding of the Ag industry
