Intern(s) will be based inthe laboratory, however their duties depending on performance may expand toother areas of the winery. During the internship period, the intern(s) will beexpected to perform following duties:
- Collect juice,must, and/or wine samples
- Perform chemicaltests on juices, musts, and wines
- Monitorfermentations via lab analysis and fermentation management
- Create and verifywork orders and ensure winemaking protocols are followed correctly
- Assist invineyard sampling and grape maturity analysis (Brix, pH, VA)
- Enter analysisinto computer database as needed
