For those candidates who are energetic self-starters, the CED TRAINING PROGRAM is a highly structured development course designed to prepare candidates for Profit Center/Sales Management. Throughout the training program, candidates are exposed to all aspects of the electrical distribution field. This challenging program requires a strong commitment from each participant and encompasses, but is not limited to, Electrical Fundamentals, Warehouse Operations, Supplier Product Seminars, Counter Sales Inventory Control, Sales & Interpersonal Skills, Corporate Administrative Exposure Customer Relations, Information Technology, and Quality Assurance. Each trainee’s development is a combination of mentoring via on-the-job, classroom, and home-study training. Individuals should be self-motivated, sales oriented, geographically flexible, and possess an entrepreneurial spirit.
