Preferred Experiences:
· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
· Design and propose solutions that meet business objectives and technical constraints.
· Develop prototypes or proofs of concept to demonstrate the proposed solutions.
· Documentation and Reporting contributing to documenting network and system configurations, procedures, and best practices.
· Interested in an IT/Cybersecurity career; such as:
o Network Infrastructure Management; such as, configuring network devices, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and optimizing network performance.
o Systems Administration supports the administration and maintenance of servers, operating systems, and virtualization platforms.
o Security Operations: You’ll assist in implementing and maintaining security measures to protect the organization’s network and systems from cyber threats.
· Troubleshooting and Support to help diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by users or detected through monitoring systems. This could involve troubleshooting network connectivity issues, diagnosing server performance issues, or resolving software configuration problems.
· Project Assistance assisting in planning and implementing network and systems projects, such as network upgrades, server migrations, or cybersecurity initiatives. This could involve tasks such as conducting research, gathering requirements, and testing new solutions.
