MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
-California credential authorizing elementary instruction
-English Learner Certification
– Must hold BCLAD or qualify for BCLAD Permit
– Must be Bilingual in Spanish or Hmong

AB 2345 commencing on July 1, 2025, requires that any person hired on a Short Term Staff Permit, Provisional Internship Permit, Teaching Permit for Statutory Leave, or a Preliminary/Clear Career Technical Education Credential must have a certification in CPR that meets the standards established by the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
