Quality Assurance Intern: Work on developing and implementing a high-level reposing structure for food safety activities. This would include pre-operational inspections, environmental results, and metal detection failures. These activities are being completed daily, but we are unable to review in a way that would be actionable and prevent future failures. This internship will also focus on ATP, environmental monitoring, and metal detection.
Students will be on a structured internship program. They are required to work on project-based work that will directly impact the success of the business and be relevant to their achieved studies. At the end of the internship, they will be required to make a presentation to the executive committee regarding their project, their findings, and recommendations. Internships are approximately 3 months long with start date and end date negotiable based on school schedule.
Degree Programs of Interest: Microbiology, Chemistry, Food Science
