Under the generalsupervision and direction of an assigned administrator, screen, assess, andprovide instruction to assist visually impaired students in developingorientation and mobility expertise at school and in the community; participatein developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). Promote, by his/her action, the qualities ofgood citizenship, cooperative attitude, responsible conduct, good work habits,initiative, and appropriate attire as deemed by his/her immediate supervisor. Meet with a variety of administrators,teachers, and parents and develop strong working relations with these groups.
