Are you passionate about writing and storytelling, especially within skincare, holistic wellness, and energy healing? We’re seeking an intern to craft compelling written content across our website, newsletters, and social platforms—supported by design tools like Canva.
📌 Core Responsibilities
Website Content Creation
Write and update product and service pagesDraft blog entries: skincare tips, energy-healing practices, crystal spotlightsResearch and correct information from sources like Google Reviews and brand sites
SEO-Driven Writing
Integrate keywords, meta descriptions, and alt text into written contentOptimize for clarity, engagement, and search visibility
Newsletter & Email Copywriting
Develop weekly newsletter content with compelling storytellingDraft promotional email copy, ensuring tone, flow, and formatting
Scriptwriting & Short-Form Video Copy
Write scripts or captions for TikToks/ReelsHelp plan and storyboard short video content
Integrated Design Support
Use Canva to pair your writing with visuals (e.g., quote graphics, headers)Collaborate on copy + creative visuals for seasonal campaigns
🎓 Qualifications
Seeking college/university credit—unpaid internship onlyStrong writer with excellent grammar, clarity, and voice developmentFamiliarity with content optimization (SEO basics ideal)Interested in skincare, energy wellness, crystals, or holistic healingComfortable using content management systems and editing toolsAbility to work 1–2 days in-office weekly, with remote flexibility

Strong writing & editing skills

CMS & analytics experience

Diligent fact-checking, updating information (e.g., from Google Reviews or product sites), and maintaining writing consistency across platforms.
Technical adaptability
Comfortable copying/pasting content, formatting in various systems, and learning new digital tools like Canva, CapCut, and email platforms for design and content delivery.
Proficiency tools
Experience with Microsoft/Google Docs, spreadsheet tools, CRM/email systems, and content creation apps (Canva, CapCut).
Learning mindset & teamwork
Flexible, curious, and collaborative—willing to adapt tone/style for different audiences, take feedback, and work alongside marketing or design teams
IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ: This is an UNPAID INTERNSHIP. Trin Spa Skin and Wellness is an approved internship site for academic internship courses at Fresno State. If selected for the internship you MUST ENROLL IN THE APPROPRIATE INTERNSHIP COURSE FOR YOUR MAJOR BEFORE STARTING YOUR INTERNSHIP HOURS.
