Trin Spa Skin & Wellness, in alignment with Deva Moon Academy, is seeking a creative, intuitive, and motivated Social Media & Marketing Intern to support brand growth, content creation, and community engagement across both clinical skincare and energetic wellness platforms.
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both the results-driven skincare industry and the spiritual/energetic wellness space, working closely with an award-winning esthetician, educator, and energy practitioner.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Social Media
- Assist in creating Instagram content (Reels, Stories, Carousels)
- Capture photo/video content in-spa and at events
- Support content planning aligned with both clinical + spiritual brand messaging
- Write captions, hooks, and engagement-driven posts
- Stay current with trends while maintaining an elevated, intentional aesthetic
Marketing, Website & Brand Support
- Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches
- Update website (Shopify or similar), including:
- Product uploads and descriptions
- Seasonal collections and featured products
- Homepage banners and promotional updates
- Support email marketing (newsletters, announcements, event promotions)
- Maintain cohesive brand identity across both brands
Inventory & Operations Support
- Assist with inventory organization and light tracking
- Support product restocking, labeling, and merchandising
- Help prepare retail displays for seasonal launches and events
- Assist with packing orders and pop-up preparation
Events, Seasonal Campaigns & Community Engagement
- Attend and assist at pop-ups, vendor events, and collaborations
- Support both Trin Spa services and Deva Moon offerings
- Assist with setup, breakdown, and client interaction
- Help plan and coordinate small in-spa events, workshops, and sound/spiritual gatherings
- Contribute ideas for seasonal campaigns such as:
- Holiday gift guides + curated spa bundles
- Spring skin reset / summer glow prep
- Back-to-school teen skincare kits
- Valentine’s / Mother’s Day self-care experiences
- New moon/full moon rituals and spiritual product launches
Schedule & Commitment
- In-Spa Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
- Required Commitment: 1–2 full or half days per week in-spa
- Remote Work: Flexible; remaining tasks can be completed remotely
- Occasional evenings/weekends for events or pop-ups
Computer Skills & Qualifications
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and content creation tools
- Experience with Canva or similar design platforms
- Comfortable using or learning Shopify/website platforms
- Basic understanding of:
- Uploading/editing products
- Inventory tracking
- Updating website collections and banners
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
