OFF-SEASON RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Ballpark improvements/plans: Assist in the planning and completion of all ballpark improvements andplans. Assist with addressing maintenance issues around the ballpark in all departments.
– Ballpark supply inventory: Daily check on trash bags, water, toilet paper, paper towels etc… around theballpark, put in an order for supplies as needed.
– Ballpark cleanliness: Play point for the ballpark cleaning crew & CVRC. Daily walk around the ballparkchecking for trash or possible damage to property. Ensure all gates and doors are closed and locked.
– Ballpark Events: Assist (point #3) on all ballpark off-season events including but not limited to: Movienights, concerts, baseball games, music festivals, Hall of Fame Club events.- Food and beverage inventory and orders: Take inventory of concessions items and order items asneeded.
– Contractor Point #2: Meet, plan, and communicate with some/all operations contracted partners forsales, ballpark improvements, and ballpark repairs.
– Food & Beverage/Operations Budget #2: Assist in building and watching over ballpark operations,concession supplies, Hall of Fame Club supplies, ballpark upgrades, food & beverage labor, food &beverage COGS.
IN-SEASON/ GAMEDAY RESPONSIBILITIES (all responsibilities listed above and):
– Information Booth Setup: Prepare, and setup all information booths for each night’s game.
– Office Cleaning Crew Point: Schedule and communicate with front office cleaning crew. Point for frontoffice trash & trash runs.
– Left field Stand Manager: Manage, stock, setup All You Can Eats, setup Saloon & Red Zone.
– Food & Beverage Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the working functionality of all concessions systemsand make service calls when things need repaired or replaced.
– Food & Beverage Deliveries #2: Assist in food & beverage deliveries & putting items away.
– Stadium Cleanliness Point: Alongside CVRC crew, ensure the cleanliness of the ballpark each day.
– Janitorial Supply: Inventory and order all janitorial supplies from different partners.
– Food & Beverage Promotions #2: Assist in coming up with new and fresh food items, food & beveragepromotions and executing them.
– Toast #3: communicate, update, and execute all things POS related.*Other duties as assigned
• Individual must be personable and energetic

• Willingness to work an irregular schedule
