Essential Duties andResponsibilities:
The Visalia Rawhide Ticket Officeare seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic Ticket Office Interns that canprovide premiere customer service to our fans, groups and season ticket holderswhile also communicating ticket office initiatives and policies clearly andeffectively. The Ticket Office Interns will also need to communicateeffectively with internal offices, to establish a well-rounded experience forour fans, groups and season ticket members.
Essential Functions:
· Service inbound &outbound customer phone calls and ticket orders keeping customer service a toppriority.
· Service and manage FullSeason, Mini Season, Suite, Group, and Individual ticket accounts.
· Execute daily ticketsales
· Provide a high level ofcustomer service and assistance to all ticket related activities includingsales, ballpark management and special events
· Provide strong supportfor the ticket sales team while partnering with ticket sales directors toassist as needed.
· Provide support for allticketing needs including the troubleshooting of online digital ticketingneeds.
· Recognize opportunitiesto enhance revenue and customer experiences whenever possible.
· Work shifts at the FrontDesk as necessary
Non-Game Days:
Gain knowledge in all aspects ofRawhide Ticketing while assisting in multiple departments including Premium,Group, Single Game, Mini and Flex plans and Season Ticket Memberships. Whileworking in the office you will learn alongside the Rawhide staff and help in avariety of roles including: learning the computerized TicketReturn ticketingsystem, communicating with customers, making outbound phone calls, answeringphones, responding to emails, inputting prospecting data in Excel and any othertask as assigned by department directors.
Game Days: Learn and gain knowledge of theticketing business while providing exceptional service to customers while theyare here to have fun. While working games you will gain experience in a varietyof operational, customer service and selling roles
Knowledge, Skills andAbilities:
· Currently pursuing, orhave achieved, an undergraduate degree or completed an undergraduate degreepursuing a masters degree. MUST RECEIVE COLLEGE CREDIT
· Must have knowledge ofGoogle (Sheets, Docs) and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)and internet applications
· Excellent oral andwritten communication skills. Good grammar, voice and diction
· Ability to learn quickly,adapt to changing situations as necessary and resolve guest issues in real time
· Ability to understandproducts and services, research and communicate information in a fast-pacedenvironment
· Flexibility in schedulingis required and will involve evenings, weekends and holidays.
