The Composer’s Guild serves as a community forum for composers and performers to discuss, partake, and collaborate in new music. Through the Composer’s Guild, students have the opportunity to workshop their music in a student environment. One does not have to be a music major to join the Composer’s Guild; it is an organization for anyone who is interested in new music. The Composer’s Guild also provides support for the new music events that happen throughout Fresno State such as the New Music Festival and the Composer’s Recital. This year’s officers: Faculty Advisor: Kenneth Froelich/Benjamin Boone/Bryce Cannell; President: Allen Gallego; Vice President: Estevan Olmos; Treasurer: John Spankowski; Secretary: Alexander Gooch; Historian: Kristine Kemmer.
