Student Association of Geomatics Engineers

The Students Association for Geomatics Engineering (SAGE) is a group of like-minded individuals in a club centered around the practice of land surveying, photogrammetry, geodesy, GIS, digital mapping, and more. SAGE has been a part of the Lyles College of Engineering at Fresno State for years, providing students with opportunities to reach out into our field in a fun, extracurricular way, and explore their interests in our craft. Each year, SAGE plays an essential role in the Geomatics Engineering Conference, a student-run event that draws industry professionals from all over the west and provides extensive industry-outreach opportunities for those involved. SAGE’s main focuses are the recruitment of students, scholarships, internships, team building, and just having fun!
