Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Incorporated is a non-profit organization striving to better the lives of young women all over the world. We strive and so strongly live by our principles: Scholarship, Community Service, Sisterly Love and Finer Womanhood. We were founded on January 16, 1920 on the campus of Howard University in Washington, D.C. by five lovely pearls: Arizona Cleaver Stemons, Pearl Anna Neal, Myrtle Tyler Faithful, Viola Tyler Goings, and Fannie Pettie Watts. The Alpha Iota chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Incorporated was chartered on Fresno States campus on October 5th, 1985.
