Fall 2025 Career Fairs Information

Registrations are now open for our Fall 2025 Career and Internship Fairs!

Employer Registration Fees:

Sponsorship Levels:
Platinum Sponsor – $4,500.00
Gold Sponsor – $2,500.00
Silver Sponsor – $1,750.00

Basic Registration Levels (non-sponsor):
For profit Organization Registration – $550
Government, Non-profit, & Small Business (less than 25 employees) Registration – $350

Included with basic registration:

Six-foot table, 2 chairs, entrance and boxed lunch for 2 representatives, wi-fi and parking

Please complete a separate registration for each day your organization would like to attend.

Booth/table placement will be assigned in the order that both registration and payment are received.

Registration Instructions (New Process):

We’re transitioning to our new HireFresnoState platform, powered by 12Twenty.

Step 1: Please visit https://fresnostate.12twenty.com/hire. 
Step 2: Select the “Create an Account” link. 
Step 3: Once you’ve created your account and logged in, please click the “Attend a Career Fair” registration link. 
Step 4: Click the event you would like to attend.
Step 5: Click the “Register Now” button, complete the registration form, and click the “Register” button at the bottom of the page. 
Step 6: After the registration has been reviewed by the Career Development Center staff, you will receive an email alerting you that your registration has been approved.  
Step 7: You will receive a second email with your invoice, and you will be instructed to pay using our E-Market Checkout System. 
Step 8: Once payment is made, the Career Development Center staff will review the payment and send you a receipt confirming your registration for the event.

Platinum Sponsor – $4,500.00

  • Registration and reserved table in a prominent location at our Fall 2025 Career & Internship Fair (10 ft. booth space; 1 6ft. table; 2-4 chairs, entrance for up to 4 recruiter, pipe & drape for your table).
  • Platinum Sponsorship and reserved table in the most prominent location during one of our spring 2026 career fair events;
  • Sponsor acknowledgment on all program handouts, selected advertisements, and event-specific web pages.
  • Special sponsor acknowledgment via graphic company logo on the Career Development Center web page for the academic year during which sponsorship occurs.

Gold Sponsor – $2500.00

  • Registration and a reserved table in a prominent location at our Fall 2025 Career and Internship Fair (10 ft. booth space; 1 6ft. table; 2 – 4 chairs, entrance for up to 2 recruiters, pipe & drape for your table).
  • Basic registration as a non-sponsor attendee at one of our spring 2026 career fair events;
  • Gold Sponsor acknowledgment on all program handouts, selected advertisements, and event-specific web pages.

Silver Sponsor – $1,750.00

  • Registration and a reserved table in a prominent location at our Fall 2025 Career and Internship Fair (1 6ft. table; 2-4 chairs, entrance for up to 2 recruiters, pipe & drape for your table).
  • Silver Sponsor acknowledgment on all program handouts, selected advertisements, and event-specific web pages.
