Captain Iris owns and operates Selina II Charters in St. Michaels, Maryland. After Iris graduated from school, she held the position of director of operations for a software engineering company. After time in business, Iris decided to trade ‘chasing the almighty dollar’ for a better quality of life. She provides tours on her grandfather’s boat during a six month seasonal business and spends the remainder of the year cleaning and prepping the boat for the upcoming season. Iris says that integrity is the most important aspect of business, and to be true to yourself.
