First of all, it's the labor. You know, getting the right help. You know, you just don't want anybody to come in here and then, you know, have, you know, you want them to be like, have your same philosophy as you do, and that's making the customer feel welcome, knowing, having some expertise, a lot of expertise especially on the alterations side and on the dry cleaning side. Being able to, you know, see how a garment should look like after it's cleaned and pressed, you know, to try to get it as close to you can to its original way it looks when you first purchased it.
