The mission of SWE is to “Empower women to achieve full potential in careers as engineers and leaders, expand the image of the engineering and technology professions as a positive force in improving the quality of life, and demonstrate the value of diversity and inclusion.” At SWE Fresno State, we want to help YOU reach your full potential and invite you to help others do the same!
Everyone interested in supporting the mission of SWE is invited to join SWE as a member, regardless of sex or gender. Our programs are focused on those who want to be in a woman-oriented engineering space, and we welcome individuals who identify as men, non-binary, or gender expansive who are comfortable in such an environment.
