The Career Development Center is pleased to offer recent graduates with career services, tools, and resources to help you plan for your future! Additionally, the Fresno State Alumni Association offers a range of tools and resources aimed to bolster alumni in their careers, whether you are a recent graduate, rising professional, or an established leader in your field.

The Job Search Academy is a free, virtual career development program created to help you excel in your job search. It is a one-stop shop that presents all of Indeed’s resources and educational programs in one place. Elevate your job search with these tools and resources:

  • On-demand workshops, live webinars, and career guides on interview prep, salary negotiation, career transitions, resume and cover letter writing
  • Insightful career pathway videos
  • Tips for online profile maintenance

Free for alumni courtesy of the Fresno State Alumni Association, this tool has +150 million job opportunities, employer records, and alumni contacts! CareerShift offers job opportunities, employer records, and alumni contacts. This incredibly versatile tool is helpful at any point in your career, whether you’re a recent graduate or an experienced alumn. Here are just some of the few things you can achieve through CareerShift:

  • Search, save, and organize job listings from all job boards and company postings.
  • Get up-to-date contact info for millions of companies, including emails.
  • Access detailed information about job contacts and companies.
  • Create and save resumes and cover letters for easy access, printing, or emailing.

GradLeaders is an official Fresno State partnered job board and career services platform housing job postings, internships, and career resources exclusively for Fresno State alumni. This platform is available for all previous Fresno State students for free and connects you with fellow alumni ready to hire qualified Fresno State talent.

Become a Fresno State advisor/mentor with Candoor, a completely virtual space where you can offer career advice, networking strategies, resume reviews, or personalized feedback based on your own experiences.
